We think they look great and have some nice intergration with a few of the popular components. Matching up custom themes for the Forum, Jomsocial, Eventlist and other theme over-rides. As of January the 30th I am not sure how bug fixes and service in general is going to happen in the future.It's anyones quess right now since the JoomlaXTC team hasn't said much lately. JoomlaXTC templates are very advanced themes. Some are suited to particular types of websites while others are new and hip. They have some excellent looking template's for Artists and Musician's. We don't have an unlimited account yet but we do have over half a dozen license's for client project's, that leaves a few for personal use also.(Upgraded the license to full access this January 2010) We are not selling template's, only the ability to use them legally on your site, it must be part of a complete package project. The template's from JoomlaXTC also contain many useful extension's that are custom built into the different themes of each template.
Many of JoomlaXTC templates have custom themes for Jomsocial, Eventlist and Pro Calendar, just to name a few. This is only my opinion, we all learn at different rates of speed and comprehension. I would suggest that when picking out an advanced template like this one from JoomlaXTC you allow for the learning curve or budget for some one else looking after the package for you. So the bottom line is these are great look templates but you should be prepared to fight a few bugs. Which really is completely normal! The part thats not always normal is the lack of support that may or may not take place. Just not sure yet, we will see! The main reason I stay with a template club is the support and thats why I still belong to Rocketthemes and likely always will! |
