It's not very often that I would take the time to write a letter of recommendation for a particular individual, or the services they provide through their business. However, it is a rare occasion to have such a positive experience when one hires an individual for help, regardless of the industry.

After hiring Daryl Baratta for his services, my experience is best described as an exceptional one in comparison to the norm in our world today for service-oriented businesses! I quickly learned that receiving "exceptional service" through Daryl Baratta is HIS normal practice! It is through my appreciation of that fact, and due to his unfailing courtesy, and exceptional customer service that I write this letter.

If you're looking for an individual to assist you with your website needs, Daryl Baratta of Baratta Design provides excellent service in a very professional, and knowledgeable manner! You would find that Daryl never communicates in a condescending manner, or as an attempt to make you feel inferior to him. I find this to be quite a rare trait in seeking help for website or software issues. It seems more places practice deliberate intimidation as an attempt to prove their technical value to clients, which is contrary to Daryl's approach in customer service. In fact, if he is unsure of something he is the first to admit it, but is also willing to do the research to find a solution.

Daryl invested a significant amount of time through his communications, assistance, and to complete multiple software installations for my website. He first took the time to insure he understood what my vision was for my website, in order to help me reach my vision. My experience is that he communicates in a manner, which is respectful of your level of understanding. At the same time, he is also careful to explain matters thoroughly so it is understood what his recommendations are in regards to technical issues. Daryl is also sensitive to your personal preferences for your web design, yet he will be frank with you if your choice is not a wise one that could possibly create complications for your website.

It is therefore my wish to share with you my sincere gratitude to him for the exceptional service he provides, and I can't imagine anyone would be disappointed with his services. You would be hard pressed to find a better service-oriented, and personable individual as Daryl Baratta of Baratta Design for your website needs, and I highly recommend his services!
